HEALTHY MEMBERS INSIDE AND OUT
Our mission at CrossFit Park West is to build a physically fit and capable community of dedicated members. Through our programs, our members are able to enhance and improve their lifestyle physically, mentally and emotionally.
You will get an assigned trainer who will get you through a fitness assessment where you will discuss your goals and needs. Your trainer will then design a training program fitting your needs and will guide you through each session to make sure you get your results. Sessions are 45 minutes long and can be purchased in packages.
A dynamic Fitness class for all levels, from beginners to advanced athletes, composed by Warm Up, Skills/Strength work and our Workout of the Day (WOD). During class one of our coaches will guide you through all exercises, making sure you are safe and motivated throughout the whole session. Workouts are a mix of body weight exercises, with some weightlifting, running, rowing and more!
AFTER SCHOOL KIDS PROGRAM
We provide an after school program where kids utilize their time after school to work on homework, become exposed to multiple sports, and also participate in a kids friendly fitness session. SCHOOL PICK-UP IS PROVIDED!
