We hear all the time "I'm not in good enough shape to do Crossfit."
We are here to tell you that you do not need to be "Fit" or experienced
at the work we do here before you walk thru the doors of CrossFit Park West.

CrossFit workouts often include functional exercises, or exercises that mimic movements you do in everyday life.
CrossFit harnesses natural camaraderie, competition, and fun of sport with an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.
CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of 10 fitness domains.
We're not born knowing how to exercise and many of us are even less capable of designing a complete workout routine to include enough variances of cardio, weight and flexibility training to make a difference in our lives.
Our personal trainers can offer you a fresh perspective and new ideas to challenge your mind and body. We will create an individualized approach to your fitness routine, with an increased level of accountability to help you meet your health, strength and fitness goals.
