WHO WE ARE

At Crossfit Park West we train really hard; harder than most thought they were capable of. Every day our members break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and the atmosphere creates a bond among our members in ways that it motivates you to come in, day after day. Our mission is to build a physically fit and capable community of dedicated members. Through our programs, our members are able to enhance and improve their lifestyle physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through our training we become better than yesterday!

WHAT WE DO

We don't have stationary machines. Our bodies are the machines! We utilize barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, rowers, assault bikes, and tons of space for us to move. We squat, we jump, we lift, we run.  All of our workouts are composed of exercises that focus on improving our daily activities, like picking up your kids, or the groceries out of your trunk. We do functional movements that enhance our lives for better.

WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT 

At CrossFit Park West you are never alone. Our group workouts are the perfect environment to make you feel you are a part of something truly amazing. But still personal enough to not be overwhelmed. All group classes are guided by experienced coaches who will teach you movement by movement, and will adapt any exercise to your capabilities. 

When doing personal training, your coach is available 100% of the time. We guide you through any decisions or questions you might have during your fitness journey, all to change your life for better.
