There will never be a "perfect" time to start.  There may always be a reason and excuse why NOW is not the right time. 

Each day you have this choice.  Don't wait until tomorrow to do what you can do today.

COME AS YOU ARE

Be firm about your choices. Don't go backwards to habits and situations that weren't helping you evolve.  You have to keep reminding yourself why you even decided to move forward.  Stay positive about what's to come by being consistent with your change now.
