CROSSFIT CLASSES

Group classes guided by a coach, where we focus on Functional Movements such as squats, push-ups, box jumps and more. A perfect mix of weightlifting, body weight exercises, and cardio, all mixed together in a high intensity and high energy class. We utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, and airdyne bikes. Workouts are composed of warm-up, strength, and conditioning. This our famous WOD! Workout of the Day. CrossFit classes are challenging but can be modified according to your capabilities. CrossFit is for everyone!

PERSONAL TRAINING

Train on a more personal setting, with a program designed specifically around your goals, and at your own convenience! Personal Training is the best way to achieve your fitness goals, or to start your Fitness Journey with the support you need with your own trainer. When signing up for 2 personal training sessions a week, you get access to CrossFit Classes and Endurance Classes to ensure you will achieve your goals, and never hit a plato. 

ENDURANCE CLASSES

Our endurance classes focus on Cardio, Plyometrics, Weight Training, Body Weight Exercises, Core Strength and more! All classes are guided by a coach, and a mix of Functional movements and Bodybuilding exercises. These classes are perfect for beginners, individuals looking to supplement other activities, and TONE UP! Classes are fun, high intensity, and 45 minutes long. When signing up for a CrossFit membership you get access to Endurance Classes. We also offer memberships for endurance classes only.
