Group classes guided by a coach, where we focus on Functional Movements such as squats, push-ups, box jumps and more. A perfect mix of weightlifting, body weight exercises, and cardio, all mixed together in a high intensity and high energy class. We utilize barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowers, and airdyne bikes. Workouts are composed of warm-up, strength, and conditioning. This our famous WOD! Workout of the Day. CrossFit classes are challenging but can be modified according to your capabilities. CrossFit is for everyone!
